We believe that food is more than just sustenance—it's a preservation of culture and community.
Established by self taught British Palestinian chef Ali Yousef in 2018, we began our journey by opening the first Palestinian restaurant outside of London, in a leafy Mancunian suburb. Following the success of our restaurant and a recipe-box collaboration with Gousto, we continued growing our locations whilst also establishing our retail pantry range to bring the vibrant flavours of Palestine right into your kitchen.
Whether it’s zatar, sumac, or our special spice blends, each mix is designed to inspire your cooking and elevate your every day meals.
